Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Robyn.

I built The Ascension Group to be the company I needed when I was running my own team, drowning in vendor leads, and watching my best agents quietly look around for the door.

The Bio

Robyn Thompson DeSantos

Founder of The Ascension Group. Architect of The Seller Certainty System. Former real estate team leader who has now spent over a decade studying what actually moves the needle for team leaders, broker-owners, and top producers.

Since 2024, Ascension Group has generated more than $4 billion in transaction volume at an average transaction value of $703K and a cost per closed deal of just $1,500, with 20+ vetted seller appointments per month guaranteed. Her work has been featured at high-performing brokerages including Century 21, Christie's International Real Estate, EXP Realty, Keller Williams, and Compass.

Robyn lives with her family in the DC region. She still believes the most important metric a team leader tracks isn't lead volume or close rate. It's the answer to one question: "What does my Saturday look like?"

Behind The System

It's not just Robyn.

The Seller Certainty System runs on a real operating team. Build, certify, deliver, and train. Each pillar has people behind it.

01 · Build

The Architecture Team

Funnel builders, copywriters, and ad strategists who diagnose your market and stand up your appointment engine in the first 30 days.

02 · Certify

The 5-Gate Operators

Human + AI ISA team that screens, certifies, and double-blind verifies every appointment before it touches a partner calendar.

03 · Deliver

Partner Success

Dedicated CSMs who own your weekly numbers, quarterly tune-ups, and the dual money-back guarantee.

04 · Train

7th Level (NEPQ)

Jeremy Miner's team trains your agents on the same NEPQ methodology used by the highest-converting sales teams on earth.

Partners get personally onboarded by the founding team. Faces and names available at the strategy call.

Chapters

My Story

From the kitchen table to $4 billion since 2024.

I. - In the beginning

My team was 12 agents deep. I was the team leader. And I was about to tell my husband that the second mortgage we'd taken to scale the team had bought us nothing.

Not nothing as in "fewer leads than we'd hoped." Nothing as in: the actual closings I could trace back to what we'd spent that month was zero. Two months in a row.

II. - And then the kitchen-table morning

A Saturday morning. Three vendor invoices spread across the kitchen table. A Realtor.com report on top. A coffee that had gone cold an hour earlier.

That morning is when I stopped believing what the lead gen industry was selling, and I started building something different.

III. - My breakthrough

After Marissa, one of my best agents, walked into my office and told me she was leaving — not for splits, not for brand, but for appointments — I spent six months sitting in on every seller appointment I could find. Mine. Other team leaders'. Even competitors I could get a referral into.

I was looking for the difference between an appointment that closed and one that didn't. I found five things in common. Always five. We called the system that came out of that work The Seller Certainty System.

IV. - But then everything almost fell apart

The first time we ran the system for an outside partner, the numbers came in better than I'd dared to project. 20+ vetted seller appointments per month, guaranteed. Cost per closed deal of $1,500. Average transaction value of $703K.

That should have been the moment I scaled. Instead I almost lost the company. I had built a system that worked but no team that could deliver it. The next eighteen months were rebuilding. The system stayed. The infrastructure had to catch up.

V. - The resolution

Today, The Seller Certainty System runs in markets across North America. Two stacked guarantees backed by our own money. 5-Gate Certification. 2-Layer Blind Verification. Every certified appointment passes through both before it touches a partner's calendar.

The reason I'm in this business is because I needed it for myself, four years ago, at a kitchen table on a Saturday morning. The team leader version of me back then needed the Saturday more than the appointments. Today, that's what the system buys back.

Beliefs

What We Believe.

A Team Leader's Calendar

Is the only metric that matters.

Cost-Per-Lead is Vanity

COST-PER-CLOSED-DEAL
Pays the mortgage.

Agents Don't Leave for Splits

They leave for appointments.

A Vendor That Won't Bleed

Isn't a vendor.
THEY'RE A SALESPERSON.

A Leader Without Saturday

Doesn't have a business.
They have a job.

Above All

WE BELIEVE IN
The 1% Ascenders.

The Myth I Fight Against

"More leads will fix my team."

For ten years I believed that. Then I watched what more leads actually did to my team. More fake numbers in the CRM. More agents calling at 9pm. More angry texts from a top producer who didn't pick up fast enough. More vendor invoices and more excuses for why this month's results didn't match the projection.

More leads don't fix a team's lead flow. They mask the actual problem.

The actual problem is that nobody is filtering the leads before they hit the calendar. So your agents are spending their best hours arguing with people who never had a real intent to sell. That's what burns out a team.

Want to talk?

If anything in this story sounded like a reflection of where you are right now, the strategy call is built for that exact conversation.
